Overview

The Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award (MBNQA) criteria are a blueprint for excellence in creating a world-class management system. Companies assess themselves against the criteria, identify opportunities for improvement, and then work to close the gaps.   This workshop prepares your employees to perform a self-assessment of your organization against the MBNQA criteria.
