Lean Six Sigma green Belt training

Overview

A hands-on workshop that prepares your employees to participate on Six Sigma project teams or run their own project.  Upon completion, participants will understand the fundamentals of Six Sigma, the basic tools and methods, and be able to immediately apply the method to their own project.

 

Audience

Designed for those who will lead their own Green Belt project or serve as a member of a project led by a Black Belt.

 

Format

Classroom-based interactive workshop.  Length: 5 days.  It is recommended that participants bring a project idea to class.   Available in Minitab and SigmaXL versions.
